Delete Account & Data

You have the right to request deletion of your Diamond Plays account and all associated personal data. Once processed, this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account, profile, matchup history, coin balance, and any other data linked to your account will be permanently removed from our systems.

To submit a deletion request:

1Send an email to support@diamondplays.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
2Include the email address associated with your Diamond Plays account so we can locate and verify your account.
3We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Note: Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, after which it will be permanently deleted.
